Export Account Coordinator
The Coordinator links a customer overseas with the rest of the company. This individual assists the customer in promoting all departments (frozen, dairy, produce, meat, data processing, advertising,specialty foods, store supplies, equipment, etc.) while providing high levels of customer service..
Requirements
- College degree or two years relevant professional experience required.
- Must have Export background including container shipment coordination Experience with freight forwarders/shipping lines including bookings of containers
- Bilingual English/Swedish required.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective business relationships at all levels of the company and in the business community Possess negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- PC applications literate
- Good Communication Skills
- Team Player
What we Expect from you?
- Maintains customer profiles with all pertinent information regarding each account.
- Receives orders from distributors, overseas customers, and local exporters Analyzes orders to ensure proper identification of merchandise, prices and delivery – proper logistics and temperature of equipment.
- Consults with Buyers prior to placing orders to insure proper market penetration.
- Verifies customers’ form of payment (letter of credit, cash in advance, open account, etc.)
- Involved in decision making of ordering, processing, and shipping of merchandise.
- Advise customers of promotions in items Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints concerning their orders
- Investigates and interfaces with other departments as well as freight forwarders/shipping lines
- Must attend Food Show twice a year, including evening functions Other duties as assigned
- Fluent in Swedish/English

With 5+ years of systems analysis, technical analysis or business analysis experience, you'll have an expansive toolkit of communication techniques to enable shared, deep understanding of financial and technical concepts by diverse stakeholders with varying backgrounds and needs. In addition, you will have exposure to financial systems or accounting knowledge.
Truck Driver
This position is responsible for on time store deliveries to our customers while providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Must have a valid EU license
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ tractor trailer driving experience.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 4 live project roll outs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to write, speak, and communicate in Swedish/English
- Must have a clean record
- Must pass all Driving test
What we Expect from you?
- Ensures safe and timely store deliveries to our customers
- Obey safety rules pertaining to lifting and handling of product and equipment as well as personal safety behavior.
- Collect on all C.O.D.’s upon delivery to customer.
- Unload and check all pallets for accuracy.
- Pre and post trip inspections.
- Other duties as assigned.
